As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.

Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.

Holidays our employees to spend time with their families, Lightning Scoopers observes the following holidays and will be closed: MLK, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day through New Year's Day. Customers will not receive a discounted rate for these holidays as the volume of work will be twice as much after the holiday (the poop doesn't take holidays off!).

If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties. Or gear is sanitized before and after all visits to limit the risk of exposure to your pets.

Disposal of waste will be in your own personal bin unless otherwise requested. An additional fee of $30 will be charged if requested by any residential customer for us to remove the waste.

Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.

Either party may terminate service (in writing/sms/email) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.

If paying by check, the check will be provided the day of service. If by credit or debit card, it will be charged after the final invoice is sent and approved by you (the customer) for that month (for recurring service) or the one time (for one time service).

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
